We are frequently engaged to represent and advise our clients in all stages of corporation matters. Our corporate practice generally offers ensuring the legality of commercial transactions, advising corporations on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers. We assist our clients with the incorporation of legal entities, branches or liasion offices, organization of general assembly and board of directors meetings, representation of shareholders in general meetings, organising businesses, preparing shareholders agreements and other documents pursuant to corporate governance, exit strategies and stock option plans. Besides those, we counsel  many domestic and foreign clients regarding closely related practice areas, such as competition, tax and employment.  On the other hand, required proceedings regarding governmental permits, licenses and authorizations are performed as a part of our legal services.
